If you or someone you know is suffering from commitment issues, offer the gift of choice. E-gift cards are delivered by email to the e-mail address on file and contain a unique code and instructions to redeem them at checkout. The email will include a link so you may choose who to send the gift card to. Unfortunately, we cannot include an additional note with the gift card at this time.
*Our e-gift cards have no additional processing fees. Discount codes may not be used when purchasing gift cards. The gift card will never expire or lose value.

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days.
Most orders that qualify for flat-rate economy shipping are shipped via USPS. If your order is time-sensitive, we suggest upgrading to UPS. While that will not change processing times, it will likely reduce the transit time.

All of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipment.
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products that were damaged during shipment if you can provide documentation within 5 business days of receiving your order.
